Guide to Registration and Admission of International Students at Iranian Universities

This guide is compiled to elaborate on the process of "Registration and Admission of Non-Iranian Students". To expedite the process, please pay attention to the mentioned points and carefully follow the steps. Additionally, the process flowchart can be observed in the figure below.

Step 1: Completing the Account Opening Form in Iran

To obtain a Fida Code (National Code for residents in Iran), the applicant must have a bank account in their name in Iran to be able to pay for registration and admission fees. In the "Bank Account Opening" section, fill out the bank account opening form and upload the deposit slip in the "Deposit Slip Upload Link" section.

Step 2: Receiving the Applicant's Account Number and Fida Code (Universal Code)

After completing the account opening request form and submitting the deposit slip, the Alayzm Institute will send the account number and bank card in the applicant's name to their residence address within two business days, or the applicant can collect it in person by visiting the Alayzm offices.

Step 3: Funding the Bank Account

To carry out all transactions related to registration and admission in Iran, the applicant's bank account must be funded. For account funding, go to the "Deposit to Card" section in the "Form to Purchase Toman for Filling the Bank Card Balance" and fund your account with your country's currency without any fees, and Toman will be credited to your personal account. The applicant can use this card to pay for all registration and admission fees online.

Step 4: Requesting an Iranian SIM Card

For student registration and admission, all steps must be recorded and verified with an Iranian SIM card in the applicant's name. Simply complete the Iranian SIM card purchase request form, and an Iranian SIM card will be prepared in the applicant's name in less than one day.

Step 5: Choosing University, Field of Study, and Degree Level

Iranian universities can be viewed in the "Universities" section. The applicant initially reviews and announces their desired university, degree level, and field of study. Depending on each university's conditions, student admissions will be reviewed. If admission is possible considering the applicant's conditions, the registration process will take place.

Step 6: Registering in the International Students Affairs System

To register in the International Students Affairs System, go to the ".................." section and complete the relevant form. Alayzm will fully handle the registration process. The system's tracking code will be sent to the applicant's email or mobile phone.

Step 7: Announcing the Result (Acceptance/Rejection)

Alayzm will inform the applicant of the university's acceptance or rejection via email and phone.

Step 8: Paying University Tuition Fees

University registration fees must be paid from the applicant's bank account to the university's account. The amount of university registration fees will be determined by the university itself.

Step 9: Student Visa

The student visa is the entry permit for registering as a student in Iran and a necessary condition for issuing a residence permit to the student. Alayzm will handle all the steps of obtaining a student visa for you and will inform the applicant of the visa code upon receipt.

Step 10: Final Acceptance

If the applicant is accepted at universities in Iran, it will be announced to them.

Step 11: Visiting the Embassy

The applicant's visit to the embassy mentioned in the application form, along with the visa and passport for receiving the student visa, considering the registration deadline (if classes are in-person), will be determined and mandatory.

Step 12: Dormitory for Students

If the applicant needs to be physically present at the university, they can use the university dormitory (some universities in Iran have dormitories). If the university has a dormitory, Alayzm will reserve it for the person. The dormitory fee must be paid from the applicant's bank account.

If the university does not have a dormitory, the applicant can use accommodations in any city for housing.

Step 13: Purchasing Airline Tickets

If you request to purchase airline tickets, you can refer to the "Reservation" section, or Alayzm can arrange it for you in a short time. You can contact Alayzm or request on WhatsApp to purchase tickets.

Step 14: Online Taxi

To order an online taxi, you can proceed from the "Taxi" section or download the related online taxi application and register using the Iranian SIM card on your phone.
